There have been many events to celebrate this week and this congrats card will be out in the post in no time!

For this card I’ve used the Love Blossoms Designer Series Paper with Rose Red card stock. The sentiment and the circle are from the You’re So Lovely stamp set. The Love Blossoms suite and the You’re so Lovely Stamp Set are both part of the Occasions Catalogue.   A couple of rhinestones complete the look!
