This week we are hopping with Sarah Berry, a top SU demonstrator based in the UK! Our goal is to CASE (Copy And Selectively Edit) one of Sarah’s creations. After surfing Sarah’s blog I chose to CASE this card-a wreath made up free hand. Like Sarah, I like making wreaths and usually make them from stamps not designed specifically as a wreath set. Getting the circle even can be tricky but I like the freedom making your own gives you to experiment!

For this card I’ve used two leaf stamps from the Botanical Blooms set in Wild Wasabi and Garden Green and the palm leaf and the pineapples from the Pop of Paradise stamp set. The pineapples are embossed in gold and raised up on dimensionals.

The sentiment is from The Places You’ll Go stamp set-this tropical look makes me think travel!

The gold leaves have been die cut using the botanical blooms framelits.

Thank you for visiting today and enjoy browsing through all the entries today for some great projects and inspiration-Lisa x

  1. Lisa, your Card has the super Wow Factor, I love it… This is a real Tropical Holiday Festivities card. Not just a Christmas Card, you could use this for any occasion. As the sentiment says Adventure Awaits.
I know it would make for a beautiful Beach / Island Wedding Invitation or Party.

  3. Great card Lisa. I would never have thought to use pineapples in a wreath. Love the added sparkle with the gold embossing & leaves.
