Welcome to a sentimental goodbye to one of the (if not the) longest standing stamp sets from SU. This was the stamp set that got me started around 8 years ago. I made my first card with the fir tree and I was hooked! I’ve always wanted to try out a more complex watercolour effect card with this set stamp and this was the perfect opportunity. There’s not much that hasn’t already been done before with this stamp set and I acknowledge work by Michelle Last and Kim Jolley who have created cards in this vein in the past few years. I think this stamp set has been so versatile for so long and for so many people! It’s a shame to say goodbye!
This one of the first SU stamp sets I purchase as a customer (before becoming a demo). I am really sad to see this one retire. It will definately go into my personal collection.

Very clever Lisa!! It’s funny how when something is leaving, we are more likely to pull it and play, isnt it? I may have to dust off mine before its retired forever, too!!
