Welcome to this social stamping blog hop created by the fabulous Kelly Kent. Today we are celebrating birthdays in isolation #isobirthday! I have been waiting for an opportunity to use this stamp set “Make a Splash” which is available as a host stamp set until early June, but if you want it, don’t delay! Until a few days ago in Australia we were only allowed one additional person in the home beyond the usual household group. So we have birthday fish and one friend in their birthday iso bubble!

I made the water effect using hair gel, spooned into a carefully sealed custom made clear bag. The dome coordinates with the soon to be returning Still Scenes set-in the new annual catalogue 🙂 The foliage around the fish bowl are from three sets including the Peaceful Poppies suite and I’m delighted it will be staying with us for at least another year.

I’m looking forward to seeing what Denise Buetler has created and enjoy hopping around the rest of the group’s creations. If you lose the link up you can use the main link back to Kelly’s post for a list of all participants HERE

Let’s stay connected-thanks for visiting and enjoy the rest of the hop! Lisa x

  5. Oh this is great Lisa, my son would love this card. He recently got himself a fish, called it Chips (haha!) but he died after 2 weeks. He got another and called it Chips#2! This one seems to be surviving so far. I will have to show him this card. The hair gel idea is fab!

  6. Super clever Lisa! And even more amazing in real life – thank you for making this and being a wonderful friend! Kelly x
