Welcome! This week we are hopping with Valerie Moody from the UK. Check out Val’s blog and videos-you’ll feel like you’re there having a chat and a cup of tea!

I’ve chosen to CaSE (Copy and Selectively Edit) this card, one that Val has just posted. This layout is versatile! In place of the candles punch I’ve used the heart die from the Window Box Thinlets Die and the little heart cut outs from the die to flank the heart die and run along the ribbon in place of the twine. Spot the oops with the heart die-I didn’t’ notice until it was too late!

The “Thank” is white embossed above the “You” stamped in Real Red on Whisper White and finished with the Triple Banner punch.

I’ll be posting up a tutorial bundle for a collection of cards using this die next week and for those living in Australia, the bundle is free with any order, just remember to share your details, otherwise your order will be anonymous. If this happens by mistake, just email me 🙂

Don’t forget! It’s Sale-A-Bration time and the best time of the year to get awesome deals-for $169 you’ll receive $235 worth of product plus two additional free stamp sets of your choice and free postage-make the most of this great offer! The join my team button below takes your through to the Stampin Up website-any questions, just ask!

  1. How did you get the heart die in the middle of the strip without using the attached dies from the set? Did you cut the die up?

    1. Hi Nancy, no cutting up of the dies. The heart die is not attached to the box die (nor are the candles or the dots) and can be used on their own.
      Thanks for asking, Lisa
