Welcome to this special blog hop set up by the awesome Kelly Kent to raise our spirits during this challenging time. I can’t wait to see the amazing creations from everyone. The theme of our hop is “hello” and there have been many examples of people reaching out through song, dance, music and creative activities like ours to remind us that we are resilient and can support one another.

This easel card with drawer features the Peaceful Moments stamp and die set. The top of the box is an easel card and can lie down flat, making gifting a little easier and the drawer holds up to three mini cards and envelopes. I CASED this design from Jan B who has a YouTube video on how to make this

The cards are 4”x4” and I’ve used one of my favourite colours, Mango Melody, it’s such a happy colour!

The sentiments are from the Timeless Tulips stamp set.

What a wonderful distraction crafting has been and I hope you have found some time to recharge your batteries. Let’s see what the creative Lauren Meiklejohn has designed and enjoy hopping around the rest of the group’s creations. If you lose the link up you can use the main link back to Kelly’s post for a list of all participants:

  1. I love that you’ve mentioned resilience in your post! As the weeks go on, I think we’ll all find some resilience we didn’t realise we had. Totally gorgeous project – so much work in such a beautiful little box! Thank you for joining the #socialstamping Kelly x

  2. Lovely Lisa, the poppies always surprise me in different colours, they look just as gorgeous as the typical red. What a cute little box easel card. I have not seen this before, thanks for sharing. Another one to try! Mandy x

  3. I love the way you’ve given the Poppies texture and curled them off the card – this looks amazing and beautiful! What a great project and so beautifully finished.
