Welcome to today’s blog post for the Colour INKspiration challenge. For this Autumnal palette I’ve used a mix of retiring products and new products available in the upcoming 2017/2018 Stampin’Up annual catalogue. The card base is Tip Top Taupe with Very Vanilla card and a Very Vanilla doilie-these are retiring soon-white on one side and vanilla the other-a useful combination. I’ve then used a small amount of the new designer series paper to create the window box. This new DSP features a range of natural effects.

I’ve stamped in black (new stamp set called Wood Words) and then water coloured using my aquapainter in Early Expresso, Delightful Dijon and Soft Suede. To add some dimension I’ve cut out some of the flowers and glued some down and others popped up with dimensionals. The little Tip Top Taupe flowers are cut out from the Succulent Garden designer series paper-also retiring very soon. Thanks for stopping by-Lisa x

love how this card looks like a garden bed with flowers spilling over the edge. Very clever creation
A very pretty card with imaginative use of the stamps and paper. Thank you for sharing.
This must have taken you ages! It looks fantastic! xx
